Do I always have a right to a refund of the purchase price?Updated 7 months ago

99% of returns are typically refunded or exchanged after the item has been returned and inspected. However, in certain cases, we may decline a refund, for example, if the item arrives damaged, heavily used, worn, or dirty. In these cases, you have the option to have the item returned to you free of charge or to have it disposed of at no cost. There is no entitlement to a refund in such cases. All outgoing and incoming items are photographically documented to verify the condition of the item in case of any doubts.
