When will my order be shipped/ when will I receive my order?Updated a month ago

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email, including your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the delivery status at any time.

Please note: If your order contains a pre-sale/pre-order item, it will not be shipped immediately after placing the order. Instead, it will be shipped from the shipping date stated on the product page, once the pre-sale period has ended. Orders containing pre-sale items are shipped together once all items are available.

All products that are not marked as pre-sale are usually shipped on the same business day, provided the order is placed before our daily shipping cut-off time.
